The Manual Tire Sealant Bucket Pump is engineered for clean, controlled dispensing of tire sealant into tubeless tires. Designed for automotive, agricultural, and commercial tire service environments, it provides a reliable solution where precise, mess-free transfer is essential.
Each downstroke delivers approximately 230 ml (8 oz.) of sealant, allowing for consistent and predictable dosing. The manual pump action improves control during application while helping reduce splashing and material waste.
Built for professional use, this pump features a heavy-duty aluminum die-cast handle, steel body, aluminum components, and durable NBR and PVC seals. Its robust construction ensures long-term performance when handling viscous tire sealant fluids in demanding conditions.
Designed to fit standard 5 to 6.5 gallon buckets, the unit includes an adjustable drum cover that securely mounts to the bucket rim, providing stability during operation and preventing movement while pumping.
The system includes a 5-foot discharge hose with 3/8" and 1/4" NPT fittings, a quick-connect coupler, and a return valve. This setup enables clean dispensing and allows any remaining sealant to be drained back into the container after use.
