Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST / 3:00 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time ship the following business day.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods

FedEx: Ground, Home Delivery, Express Saver, 2 Day, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight, First Overnight

UPS: Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Early AM

USPS: First Class, Priority Mail

*Not all shipping methods are available for all items or delivery locations.

In-Store Pickup

Free Pickup Available

Place your order with your Sales Representative and request “Will Call.” You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup Process:

  • Receive “Ready for Pickup” confirmation email
  • Bring confirmation (print or mobile)
  • Pick up order at store location

Orders placed Monday–Thursday and paid may be available for Friday pickup through the shipping department. Order changes cannot be made during pickup.

Most pickup orders are ready within 2 hours. Large orders may require additional processing time.

Orders not picked up within 7 days will be returned to stock and refunded. Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.
