We stand behind our products and guarantee them to be free of defects. Defective items may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days. We will replace your order or issue a refund (excluding shipping and handling). No restocking fees. No hassle.
How To Return Your Order
- Contact us to start a return and select Returns & Refunds as the subject. Include your Order / Invoice Number.
- We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
- Once received, returns are processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Important Information
- All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Returns received without an RMA may be rejected or returned at the sender’s expense.
- Prepaid return labels are provided only for defective or incorrect items.
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Tracking and insurance are strongly recommended.
- We reserve the right to refuse damaged, incomplete, or non-compliant returns.
Exchange Policy
To exchange an item, return the original product using the standard return process within the eligible return period.
Once the return is processed, a refund will be issued and a new order may be placed for the replacement item.
